As an account executive, you will be in-charge of the following:

1. Aims to achieve targets by promoting and selling insurance products and services of the company

2. Conducts client calls, product presentation, and quotes, negotiates and closes sales.

3. Generate leads/referrals from assigned area/branches and converts to sales/production

4. Regularly conducts branch visits, attends area meetings and converts to sales/ production

5. Generates sales/clients from personal network or marketing effort

6. Submits production pipeline reports and other prescribed reports to the field sales supervisor and sales manager

7. Up sells/cross sells other Club direct products to existing accounts to maximize account.

8. Acts as an intermediary between client and company’s various operating departments to ensure a continuous flow of correct, reliable and accurate information among them.

9. Ensures timely delivery of policies and premium collection through proper coordination with concerned departments.

10. Assists in the reconciliation of monthly statements of clients

11. During productivity meetings, submits status reports, analysis and action plans.

12. Performs other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
