Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· Preferably CPA
· Must have a strong grasp of Accounting principles
· Must have good supervisory and leadership skills
· Must be able to provide an accurate interpretation and evaluation of financial data and its analysis
· Must be able to operate in strategic and operation levels
· Must be able to understand accounting practices and standards, governmental regulations and laws related to business
· Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and generally accepted accounting principles
· Advance knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standard, and state/national regulations.
Job Description:
· Establish and enforce accounting procedures, systems and controls
· Ensure continuous business operations with timely compliance of governmental requirements or requirements of other agencies
· Manage and train accounting staff and supervise their activities
· Provide technical training to staff
