Job content

  • Ensures compliance of officers/employees in their handling of cash advances and on-time liquidation
  • Checking of accomplished forms and validating supporting attachments
  • Handles the petty cash and revolving funds, ensure all forms are valid
  • Prepare weekly replenishment summary report and journal entries, and submit to head office treasury specialist
  • Safekeep and issue official receipt and other accountable forms

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ Financial Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience is required
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral and in writing
  • Amenable to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
