QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in either in audit or accounting, or both

• Familiarity with a good computerized accounting system is preferred

• Has good scholastic record

• CPA is not required but an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works under direct supervision of Business Improvement and Development Department (BIDD) Manager

• Conducts research and studies supporting recommendations to streamline organization’s core business processes

• Performs walk-through test to determine reliability of organization’s various systems and procedures including planning and documentation of such

• Creates and updates department’s process manuals and references

• Drafts memoranda for information dissemination of approved process improvements, guidelines, policies and procedures

• Assists in the implementation of management approved process improvements, guidelines, policies and procedures

• Conducts evaluation and gathers feedback of approved processes

• Assists in managing the company’s current Accounting, HR, Payroll system and addresses concerns of users

• Monitors BIDD files

• Performs needed tasks as may be assigned

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• Proficient in MS Office, internet navigation, and email system

• With excellent communication skills

• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Flexible team player

• With interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Must be willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
