JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Preferably college level/graduate

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Can establish beneficial business relationships

-Language and Grammar proficient

-Can work under pressure

-Computer Proficient, especially in MS Office/Google Drive

-Effective file and record keeping

-Willing to work overtime

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
