RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for providing to the COO, the secretarial, clerical and administrativesupport in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
  • Receive, direct, record and relay telephone messages and fax messages to appropriate person/s and department/s
  • Direct visitors calling from the guardhouse to the appropriate staff member
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Uphold confidentiality to all top executive correspondence filed.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences of top executives to business partners, visitors and employees.
  • Remind and assist top executives of their day-to-day meetings and appointments.
  • Respond courteously to business partner, visitors and employees inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably Commerce.
  • With 1 year experience in clerical & admin works.
  • With pleasing personality & can work with less supervision
  • Computer Literate
  • Organized/Systematic
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Can work under pressure
