As a People Team member, you will also support initiatives to create an enriching employee experience where our employees thrive.Key Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)- Provide admin support to the Operations team
- Provide recruiting support including active sourcing (with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter) to lead candidate pipeline development, create job postings, review resumes, schedule interviews with the hiring teams, and check references
- Continue to grow the internal candidate database with qualified candidates at all levels in our core domains of broadband, public safety, and cybersecurity policy from a broad range of channels and sources
- Maintain the position and candidate tracker to ensure enhanced situational awareness of all parties involved in the recruiting and hiring process
- Source strong candidates with content marketing and branding initiatives
- Research and develop new sourcing strategies as needed
- Support additional initiatives in areas such as onboarding/offboarding, training, and employee relations
- Make a significant impact to our growth and culture in attracting and engaging top, diverse talent and supporting an enriching environment in which employees can thrive in their careers with Corner Alliance
- Carry out our Commitment to Deliver, Grow and Thrive
- 2-5 years of admin/recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & G-Suite
- Ability to promote a culture that attracts, engages, and retains top, diverse talent
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task with multiple candidates at varying phases in the process
- Ability to produce quick results while moving qualified candidates through the process quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
