Job content

1. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

2. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

3. Facilitate and coordinate request of branch hub as to office supplies, furniture and fixtures etc.

4. Responsible to effectively communicate via phone or email ensuring that all request are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

5. Responsible to do research on the items to be purchased and ensure that three (3) canvass has been made prior to purchase.

6. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

7. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

8. Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
