As AdTech Marketing Specialist,you will analyze data, think creatively, and design innovative strategies to make sure B2C and B2B marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible.

What you will do:

  • Work with the brand management team to understand the business objectives
  • Assess the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on the business’ needs and wants
  • Develop various options for media plans based on the campaign objectives
  • Analyze post-campaign results and recommend refinements or opportunity for optimizations
  • Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, maintain, and execute a media plan
  • Developing and/or recommend certain media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition as well as maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Advertising, or any related course
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in media planning and implementation; familiarity with pixels, SDKs, and conversion scripts
  • Knowledgeable in pay per click campaign, Google AdWords, Double Click Search, conversion optimization
  • Right attitude towards work – optimistic, always has a solution
  • Prior experience working with an agency, e-commerce, and financial service institution is a plus
