Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an Airline Representative / Liaison Officer to join our team based in the Philippines.

As An Airline Representative / Liaison Officer, You Will
  • Collect and Submit AWB from different Cargo warehouses on a timely basis
  • Assist in transferring of Export Cargo to Airlines designated warehouse
  • Retrieve the important documents such as Invoice/Packing list once the cargo arrived at the airlines warehouse
  • Make sure the correct cargo labels are attached to the cargo before tendering to the airlines
  • Submit Monthly reports if deemed necessary
  • Collect checks from customers and make deposits

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree holder or Undergraduate is acceptable
  • Ability to navigate within and outside the cities of Metro Manila
  • Experience in Air Freight is an advantage
  • Trustworthy and a team-player
