Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an Airline Representative / Liaison Officer to join our team based in the Philippines.
As An Airline Representative / Liaison Officer, You Will
- Collect and Submit AWB from different Cargo warehouses on a timely basis
- Assist in transferring of Export Cargo to Airlines designated warehouse
- Retrieve the important documents such as Invoice/Packing list once the cargo arrived at the airlines warehouse
- Make sure the correct cargo labels are attached to the cargo before tendering to the airlines
- Submit Monthly reports if deemed necessary
- Collect checks from customers and make deposits
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder or Undergraduate is acceptable
- Ability to navigate within and outside the cities of Metro Manila
- Experience in Air Freight is an advantage
