Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate team’s productivity adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Service-Level Agreements
  • Maintain the academic record of all students
  • Supervise the team to maintain excellent record keeping and services by checking the accuracy and quality of furnished documents
  • Monitor processes and evaluate effectiveness, initiate improvements as needed
  • Implement HG’s admission, enrollment, and records policies
  • Lead the team in submitting deliverables to partner schools, DepEd, and Management
  • Compile enrollment statistics
  • Represent VCIS in DepEd-related events and responsibilities
  • Train team members
  • Address schools’ and parents’ concerns on academic records
  • Coordinate with other teams regarding Records/VCIS concerns

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree; background in Education is preferred
  • Has at least 2 years of solid administrative/Registrar experience
  • Proven leadership and conflict management skills
  • Skilled in time management and has strong decision-making skills
  • Keen to details
  • Willing to report onsite to Pasig if needed
