Attendance Specialist

Are you known for being organized and responsible?

Are you known for always being timely and on schedule?

Are you someone who can be trusted with handling confidential information?

You will be well versed in several internal processes and policies including: Employee Handbook, attendance policies, the required discipline and administrative action that needs to be taken, and how absences should be tagged to support workforce planning.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Take calls from Quantrics Employees
  • Code the nature of their absent/late, and entering required information into our proprietary Coaching/Administrative/Discipline application: Agent Suite
  • Ensure compliance of labor standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns
  • Work closely with Executives, Managers, Team Leaders and other Management personnel regarding absence management
  • Provide complete, accurate and up to the minute information to employees about what to expect as a result of their late/absence
  • Recommend, Create, Calibrate specific process improvement
  • Be trusted with handling confidential and highly sensitive information from employees

You will be a great fit on our team if you have…

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in workforce
  • Outstanding oral and written English skills
  • Detail oriented – documentation is critical
  • Consistent and unbiased – treat everyone equally, fairly and adhere to company policies
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work Full Time, primarily nights in a 24/7 operation (weekend and holiday work will be required)
  • Willing to work at multiple Quantrics locations (some travel may be required)
