  • Provides overall leadership to the network team leads, which included team management, succession planning and development, coaching and mentoring and performance reviews and approvals
  • Overall responsible for team process alignment, communication and documentation, which includes best practices for incident and troubleshooting management of network issues
  • Management of overall project contractual deliverables which includes Service Level agreements and KPIs whereby reporting deliverables and ensuring proper handling of issues, risk and action items in mitigating non-normal issues of the project
  • Delegation and team assignment of certain task that has been escalated to the manager and provide guidance, cadence and adherence to the agreed deliverable time with the client.
  • Provides oversight within the team and practices proper conflict management among the leading stakeholders of the project.
  • Lead coordinator of different network services groups, making sure seamless working relationship and collaboration of different network groups.
  • Proper assessment of the client requests and ability to gather requirements in order to build recommendations and solutions.
  • Perform project related duties based on the client management requests.
  • Ready to serve attitude and be able to listen to client’s escalations and issues and bring them to close within the requested time period.
  • Able to swivel and collaborate with different external client groups in aiming to provide leadership and oversight to issues outside the network scope and infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (Native Speaking) or least N2 Level
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written English and Japanese
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Service Management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
