Main Duties and Responsibilities:
People Management:
  • Leading and developing a team of Bilingual Analysts; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
  • Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client’s policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
  • Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.
Project Management:
  • Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
  • Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
  • Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures. He/she will have the ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations
  • Perform other projects and duties as required
Job Requirement:
  • Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
  • Prior experience of at least 5 years in similar BPO outfit or in a Supervisory position is a must
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal in English, Spanish, and Italian
