Revenue Operations Department consisted of processes associated with quote to cash cycle which is one of the most critical functions of the company. Under Finance, Revenue Operations was formed to consolidate all functions into a cohesive team we enable the streamlining of workflow and operational efficiency gains that will result in improved customer satisfaction and accelerated revenue. PH Revenue Operations is one of the offshore locations of the department which has two sites, Manila and Cebu. Corporate office is location at Richardson, Dallas Texas. This position will be joining Billing and Credit team in Cebu which is composed of 9 members (5 Billing Specialist and 4 Cash Application Specialists).

The Billing Specialist serve to assist the Revenue Operations/billing department with data entry of order, billing, product and account set up. This role works with internal and external customers in order to obtain the necessary information to execute the monthly billing process and improve customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for billing change requests, regulatory research and systems implementation activities. The Billing Specialist will also coordinate with contract administration and maintain records accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Enter order and billing information into various billing and production systems which could include account information, credits, product setup, billing changes, and cancellations.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and/or client facing email boxes and queues on routine items.
  • Assist in researching client questions regarding billing, order setup, credits and cancellations.
  • Submit credit requests as requested to resolve billing issues.
  • Assist in mid-month and month end close duties as assigned to ensure accurate and timely billing close.
  • Cultivate internal and external relationships to gain new knowledge and competencies.
  • Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates for the purpose of resolving outstanding issues
  • Meet with billing supervisor to provide updates and details about tasks assigned.
  • Submit Import Fulfillment reports in OMS with proper approval from management
  • Assist with Renewal of client contracts on a monthly basis
  • Assist with Audit cancelation on a daily basis
  • Perform related duties and special projects/tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience and or training in back office billing required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Research skills required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with numerous facilities and facility departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills required
  • Ability to achieve tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate patience and overall courteous behavior when working with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong organizational ability; must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision
  • Flexible to work overtime as required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
