The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Arch Advantage group by performing business processes evaluation and implementing solutions. In addition, the business analyst will be a critical individual to gather and preempt requirements from stakeholders and be responsible for designing the appropriate mechanisms and will work closely to the technicians. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits and technical advantages of ABBYY products and solutions. The analyst will be providing training to peers as an expert in ABBYY products.

Responsibilities
  • As a business analyst with ABBYY expertise, you will be providing quality assurance and training of OCR templates in ABBYY.
  • Hand-on in the design, configuration, and training of highly scalable OCR templates in ABBYY.
  • Design & Implement the business rules for the templates based on the stakeholders requirements.
  • Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis on issues and corrective actions.
  • Clearly document solution, complete testing, and maintain documentation for existing and future products.
  • Optimize the template recognition as efficiently and accurately as possible.
  • Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
  • Analyzes, maps and communicates current state and future state business processes.
  • Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and business analysis standards & practices.
Required Skills

/Experience
  • Experience in Technologies including ABBYY OCR
  • Structured and Semi-Structured Documents (including Excel training)
  • Classification of batches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field (or equivalent in experience) with 4 – 8 years or related experience.
