We are looking for an ambitious marketing specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events

  • Manage daily, monthly and quarterly reports, qualified leads (QLs), schedule and deliverables of assigned campaigns, and coordinate with vendors as well as key functions within marketing and sales.

  • Developing and executing email marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and highly targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle

  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of all email marketing campaigns/projects.

  • Grow our email list organically.

  • Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls

  • Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and other methods of sales and marketing strategy

  • Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media and direct marketing

  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

  • Performing other duties when needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing. Exposure in BPO industry is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems

  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Highly organized and data detail-oriented
