Responsibilities:

Preparing financial data files and reports as per SLAs agreed with the client and maintaining daily work statistics
Performing controls on multiple/ different financial reports to ensure accuracy and reasonableness and raise queries with Financial Institutions and internal teams to drive issue resolution
Assisting in resolving client and customer issues - attending meetings and calls with internal and external departments to discuss and review query status and provide insights
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally with our client
Seeking for improvement opportunities within the process; identifying and assisting in addressing any gaps in the process documentation & procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Business Operation analysis
Must have hands on experience in SQL
Strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to deal with and react effectively to demanding SLA-driven environment without compromising quality or efficiency
Proven high level of analytical ability with an innovative approach to problem solving and a creative mind-set
Must be willing to go back on-site once recalled
