Job Description
  • He will undergo a comprehensive training program based on an agreed duration to equip them with the competency required to operate and maintain a Diesel Power Plant.
  • Learn basic process flows of the plant, and plant operations such as, but not limited to, start-up, normal operation, shutdown.
  • Learn the execution of daily plant operations and maintenance activities.
  • Shadow activities of Operations in order to execute said duties under the supervision of a qualified personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A graduate of BS in Chemical, Electrical, Marine and Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Engineer, but not required.
  • Professional: <1 yr work experience
  • Leadership experience: Not Required
  • Project experience: Not Required
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
