YOUR FUNCTIONS:

The position will manage daily administrative function to ensure that the Marketing Department.

The incumbent should provide administrative support to Marketing Manager and Executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. The Marketing Services Support Assistant must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Helps plan and implement marketing and advertising activities.

YOUR DUTIES:

  • Serves as liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance talent, print suppliers and other marketing services.
  • Provide assistance in building marketing database for email marketing campaigns.
  • Validate and fulfill request for marketing information.
  • Assist in the evaluation of end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide assistance to assigned social media strategy and campaigns such as creation and checking of price lists and price comparisons, and other marketing materials as assigned by the manager.
  • Provide administrative and personal support to managers including running errands, preparing agendas and marketing duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinate with the web admin and developers for needed marketing support.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of bachelor degree in any Marketing and Business courses.
  • Must have at least a minimum of 3 years of related working experience
  • With proven solid experience in the Sales and Marketing industry
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Head Office in Quezon City.
