Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Ensures sufficient mise en place is available and ensure operation is running smoothly at all times in Banquet and Spiral.
  • Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation in his area of responsibility.
  • Creates new innovative dishes concerning his/her line of specialty and ensures that production is done according to the standard recipes.

Work Experience

Your experience and skills include:

  • Graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
  • Knowledgeable of HACCP, Food Safety Management System and in entremetier operations.
