We are adding a new role of COO/Integrator to our leadership team that will play a critical part in achieving our 2030 vision. The role includes the following:

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the group of education related organizations with P&L responsibility
  • Harmoniously integrating the major functions of the organization to achieve business goals
  • Leads, manages, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
  • Build and ensure there is strong team and individual accountability throughout the organization
  • Champion and driver for team health
  • Resolves issues effectively - seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner. Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
  • Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
  • Own the company operating system. Implementing and operating the EOS® Entrepreneurial Operating System.
  • Researching new and adjacent market opportunities, industry and customer trends, and competitive threats
  • Meeting with the Leadership team to map out the quarterly business plan and assign KPIs
  • Translate function strategy into clear action plans
  • Leading status updates on key initiatives that map towards organization objectives
  • Collaborating with the CEO and being the catalyst to executing the vision and plan
  • Confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
  • The candidate will need a strong commercial and financial skillset
