Job content
- Inspection of all activities from site development to housing construction including ambiance, research, and development projects.
- Quality audit of materials, site development, housing units, amenities or facilities including operational process of in-house personnel, and contractors.
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Report any defective work or procedure.
- Assist in incoming inspection of construction materials.
- Timely and accurate processing of contractor’s billing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably has work experience related to the post.
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
- Amenable to work in the Batangas area.
- Willing to be relocated as needed.
