Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Address customers’ concerns on both Cha Tuk Chak and Tuk Tuk Egg’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Email) messages, maintaining a 99% or "very responsive" response rate.

• Engaging with our customers on the platforms mentioned above through comments, tag replies, story reactions, and etc.

• Organizing all inquiries on FB and Google Sheet for proper tracking of FAQs and issues.

• Coordination with the marketing and operations team regarding important updates and concerns related to customers’ inquiries.

• Coordinate with Marketing Team regarding updates on the FAQ sheet.

• As the direct contact of customers who have access to their concerns and needs, you must also take part in brainstorming sessions for marketing directions.

• Other tasks directly related to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has excellent communication skills; verbal & written.

• With at least 1 year proven experience in Customer Service.

• Can start ASAP.

• Experience in the food industry is a huge plus but is not required.

Work setup and schedule

• Remote with one (1) day reporting at our Pasig City office every Tuesday.

• Flexible but best if customers are assisted during business hours from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
