JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month
  • Prepares and effectively analyzes Sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trend to recommend solutions
  • Ensures that stores have enough efficient sales personnel by constantly coordinating with SA-HRs
  • Ensures that assigned stores have accurate inventory by analyzing product performance and establishes right merchandise mix per store
  • Conducts weekly office day with Sales Promos
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy
  • With a least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations
  • With knowledge in Concession Procedures and Operations, Inventory and Merchandise Management, Sales Order Processing and Pull-out
  • Proficient in English and Filipino both oral and written
  • Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work physically in the Cebu Office.
