The role will support the creation of contract quotation across transactional Business Units and Channels in Australia and will primarily focus on creating contracts for standard products across all SE baskets. Leveraging through technical product and customer knowledge, the individual will need to ensure that all contract quotes are managed in a timely and effective manner, so the agreed service level agreement with customers is consistently met. The role will need to work closely with Sales Team to drive better customer experience. The role will need to correctly redirect cases to the right team if required. Success in this role will be measured through customer satisfaction, timely turnaround of contract requests, attention to detail, and quality and accuracy of the technical offer.
Qualifications
Essential:
Experience working in quotation teams (1+ years)
Experience in working with sales stakeholders in supporting customer enquiries and issues
Ability to correctly identify the right products to fit customers’ requirements using technical knowldege of SE product offers.
Ability to answer incoming communications from customers on all channels (ex: phone, email, chat).
Comfortable with enforcing process governance and escalation as/ when required.
Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Personal responsibility to take ownership and complete tasks
Able to remain focussed when under pressure to provide excellent service
Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time during peak times of the year
Intermediate technical knowledge of various domains within the electrical industry, understanding of products and their uses (eg LV, MV, Industrial, Residential buildings etc.)
Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies and applications
