DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for dealing with existing clients about their queries, concerns, issues etc.
• Making a healthy relationship with clients.
• Checking if the clients are happy with vTech’s services.
• To create lead from the clients and convert them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
• To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in Client Service team to make sure if the candidate is submitted properly. Issue solving.
• Coordinate with client & internal dept on various items such as service queries, support request, payment or invoice queries and more.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels with high level of motivation and solid business acumen.
