We’re an outsourcing provider with a difference—offering clients flexible engagement models backed by our solid suite of shared support services. As a Customer Service Agent, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
You are an important component in the business, working alongside other Team to ensure our customers are given excellent service in relation to their application.
Your day could see you:

• When faced challenging situations, you will be cool-headed and will work hand in hand with your colleagues and consulting departments to find optimal solutions for our customers.
• You will provide timely, proactive and professional communication to ensure a smooth handling of inquiries and avoid unnecessary escalation of complaints and returns.
• You will take pride in delivering and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• You are a talented communicator and a problem solver.
• You speak English at a native level, and you find it easy to navigate different accents.
• You like taking ownership of every case and are passionate with helping customers.
• You are well organized and always strive to improve the way you work.
• You can work under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• You already have experience in customer service and customer-oriented roles.
• You are a team player with strong collaborative skills with a positive and stress resistant attitude, even under the most testing of circumstances.
• High accuracy and efficiency rating (productivity).
• Excellent feedback from customers, brokers and clients.
• Achievement of all company and client-set KPIs.
