Relevant Experience:

  • Practical helpdesk and customer support experience with work experience (IT/Call Center profession)
  • Customer service and technical support experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Attend inbound/outbound telephone calls, email, and chat by the standard operating procedure.
  • Investigate, and manage customer expectations to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed personal/team KPIs.
  • Record all data from calls according to the company’s standards.
