Customer Service is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met.

We are looking for a Customer Representative to be assigned in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Makati, Cavite, Paranaque, CDO, Bacolod, Davao , Iloilo and Cebu for Financial Services and Bank Account, Communication E-Retail and Telecom , Retail Account and Telecommunications.

You might be the one we’re looking for!
  • High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience ( BPO or NON-BPO)
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • With Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Ability to work on night shift, as needed
  • MUST BE WILLING TO START ASAP
