You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls platform and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE
  • College graduates & vocational graduates (2 years) with 7 months of call center experience
  • If undergraduate, must have completed 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 7 months of call center experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Has NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid ID’s
  • Can start ASAP!
