  • To sell funeral & cremation services and related products by following the Company’s sales & marketing plans and strategies.
  • The strategy includes ensuring the quality & effectiveness of overall client services provided by the Company.
  • The Junior Funeral Director is tasks to receive the family-client into their care, to handle, coordinate and take charge of all the required arrangements related to their service and purchase of products.


  • Skilled ability to negotiate, promote and close sales according to the needs of clients.
  • Strong sales & organizational skills, friendly & caring personality, with compassion & empathy, ability to assist clients with their careful needs and ability to work with staff to coordinate schedules and prepare for client services.
  • Focuses on assisting families of the deceased plan the funeral or cremation services of their loved ones.
  • Basic skills: English & Tagalog proficiency, telephone & face-to-face sales, strong presentation skills, effective communicator & friendly customer service personality, schedule coordination.
  • Other desired skills: Microsoft Office, basic math, accountable & trustworthy personality.
Summary of role requirements:
  • Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
