  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s brands, systems and processes
  • Provide top notch customer service to customers via Live Chat and ensure that customer inquiries are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Conduct research into any customer service issues.
  • Take payment information & other pertinent information such as addresses & phone numbers
  • Data entry tasks
  • Review on-line excel database of customer feedback, track customer service concerns via Database.
  • Other duties may be assigned to assist client’s team
  • Providing advice and informed product information
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager


  • With at least 2-3 years in a customer service experience in call center or BPO company
  • Can deliver excellent customer service via Live Chat
  • Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google sheets and Google docs.
  • Fast typing speed
  • Computer Savvy
  • Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
