Join our Onsite Logistics/Tech Account as a Customer Service Representative and earn as much as Php 19.5K monthly!
*Must be at least a high school graduate.
*Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
*Must have an experience in handling tech accounts
*Must be willing to work on-site.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a general customer service position which varies from telco services, retail services to product activations.
• Talk to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns
• Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
• Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate
• Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary
