Job description

Experienced customer service & sales professional - Remote. Work US day hours and occasional weekends.

Requirements & Job Functions:

- Position requires answering phone calls, emails, and Chat

- Managing the client from a new lead phase (initial inquiry) to Converted.

- Previous work experience with US & Canadian clients

- Accent training in American English is desired.

- Full-time position, no part-timers, please

- Fast internet speed, quiet home office with FAST PC & smartphone.

- Willing to work some weekends

- Ideal candidates will have a habit of frequent checking & replying to online requests.

- Position requires excellent soft skills & English communication.

- Willing to occasionally Record Zoom video interviews, testimonials, & Conversations
