What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
  • Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client’s B2B customers
  • Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
  • Perform data analysis to improve customer’s advertising experience and ensure higher ROI
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience
Who are we looking for?
  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • With at least 1 year of solid customer service or technical support experience in a voice account
  • 3 years of BPO experience will be an advantage
  • Must have basic troubleshooting skills
  • Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
  • Can work from home and in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
