DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor the company’s customer support queue (utilizing the company’s FreshDesk support platform) and respond to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
• Provide information about Halo Life products
• Make changes to customer orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments (may be required)
• Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary
• Manage returns or complaints
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees when necessary
