The Data control Analyst acts as the primary Tier 2 HR systems support across our HR systems – Workday, Cornerstone (Compass), Fieldglass and Salesforce. The DCM analyst will be responsible for day to day tier 2 support - transactional requests and issues escalated from service center and will monitor and prioritize requests according to our SLA’s. Support activities also include quarterly reviews, issue triage, data integrity and control and Mass loads execution. The DCM analyst will work in close partnership with the Business Solutions Advisors on project roll outs, system refreshes and quarterly review/ audit and provide technical support including problem diagnosis, analysis, and resolution. The DCM analyst will act as the one-stop help-desk service for advising and supporting Cornerstone and Workday requests and enquiries, including troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in HR systems support (Workday, Cornerstone, Salesforce) or equivalent is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of products including MS Excel, Power Point, Word
- Proactive, flexible and can “think outside of the box”
- Collaborates across boundaries; utilizes contacts to build and strengthen internal support
- Continuous improvement mindset and solutions orientated
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Shows ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Shows strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule
