Job Description
Who we’re looking for

Zendesk is seeking a motivated individual to join our expert team. A successful candidate will be a self starter with a strategic leadership attitude, able to handle time and balance responsibilities in a multifaceted, constantly evolving environment The main objective of this role will be to support our sales organization in our commerce to cash processes to ensure deals align with our corporate strategies, are compliant, and meet our business goals.


What you’ll be doing

  • Process Level 1 or straightforward deal types for the SMB market segment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide sales representatives through the deal flow process and review contracts to ensure it conforms to finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policies.

  • Drive proactive communication with internal business partners such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Sales management on any urgent orders or exceptions.

  • Calls out in-scope complex scenarios/deals to senior team members

  • Conducts RCA to raise concerns on deals processed.

  • Provide weekly updates on interactions with customers/ internal collaborators and discuss takeaways and challenges during the brainstorming sessions.

  • Handle the Individual productivity daily ensuring that deliverables are processed at agreed SLAs.

  • Participate & support continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas/ problems/ recommendations during data gathering.



What you bring to the role
  • 2+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS/ B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Finance Sales Operations or Pricing, preferred.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change and have an inquisitive nature with a desire to understand and positively challenge and evolve processes.

  • Experience in working with, supporting, and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, self-aware, transparent, collaborative and open to feedback.

  • Flexible mentality, with willingness and ability to adapt to change, particularly regarding how and when work gets done. Amenable to work at different working shifts.

  • Experience with Zuora/Salesforce is a plus
