As a Team Lead in Content Engineering, you will be part of our Digital Transformation, a mission to automate our data acquisition, quality assurance, content creation and analytics in a scalable cloud environment. With the guidance of financial experts, you will leverage these large data sets to improve the quality and extend the scope of FactSet’s existing and next generation products.

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Team Lead role is a vital component of the Content Engineering department.
  • Develop a team of engineers to the best of their potential.
  • The role will drive further adaption of the new content pipeline by leading an engineering team of different skillsets, experience and tenure.
  • Collaborate with product development counterparts to help automate collection processes.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leads across FactSet’s various locations to avoid technical duplication and align with Content Director objections.
  • Accelerate technical implementation procedures while meeting deadlines to deliver critical content sets aligning with FactSet’s content strategy.
  • Participate in leadership opportunities for Content Engineering in Manila including recruiting, training and technical development.
The Team Lead will be part of an overall mission to:
  • Ingest and analyze various data sources to drive innovation in content creation.
  • Automate the acquisition, relevance scoring and storage of incoming sources.
  • Develop processes for data mining, data concordance and data production.
  • Explore and evaluate new data technologies to build a scalable, cloud oriented data platform.
  • Optimize data retrieval, develop dashboards and other visualizations for financial experts.
