Email Operations & Segmentation

  • Subject matter expert of CRM system (Salesforce SalesCloud & Marketing Cloud)
  • Work with Developers to deliver workflow solutions to the business within the SalesForce Platform
  • Consistently maintaining best practice standards for email deployment maximizing deliverability
  • Manage the technical maintenance and development of the in-house Process Efficient Template email production solutions
  • Process Efficient Template email production technical support to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner to ensure production is not impacted within the Marketing Team
  • Automated (Trigger) campaign management
  • Setup, manage and monitor our suite of Automated (Trigger) campaigns
  • Generate Daily error logs, taking full responsibility for finding the resolution of any issues by liaising between Data, Deployment and the Marketing Team
  • Email operations best practice lead
  • Support for the Marketing Team around best practice for testing, content delivery within the email, build and dynamic content
  • Continuously optimise email success taking a data-driven approach
  • Audience data management
  • Ensure audience data are up to date
  • Optimization of marketing campaigns by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Importing and validating all campaign audience files

Reporting Support

  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard through PowerBI, SAS, GA, Data Studio
  • Perform data integrity checks to ensure consistent and accurate data for analysing
  • Perform timely & accurate traffic and trading reporting on weekly and monthly
  • Actively data crunch and optimize open-rate / engagement rate of each eDMs or deployment
  • Perform post campaign analysis and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make recommendation on subsequent steps, generate actionable customer insights to improve key business outcomes

Database Management

  • Champion data quality and hygiene to ensure member data captured are accurate and up to date
  • Manage regional CRM agency to ensure executional excellence
  • Able to write/update queries to add in new segmentation/ database and ensure its accuracy
  • Acquire data from different data sources, maintain data systems and CRM

    • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Database Management or the equivalent in job experience
    • Experience of introducing improvements in processes and systems within email marketing
    • A proactive approach to work with the ability to self-motivate and self-start
    • Working knowledge of the latest email technologies, legislation and usability best practice
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with specific focus on EM Studio application. Experienced in SalesForce SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud is a must
    • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
    • An unbeatable eye for detail, accuracy and diligence
    • Excellent understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Experienced in PowerBI, Spinklr, GA, Data Studio and SAS Programming is a big advantage
    • 3 year of database marketing and or email operations experience
    • Proven track record of delivering best practice CRM campaigns
    • Proven experience in delivering data analysis, advanced analytics and campaign dashboards
    • Extensive experience of segmentation analysis across multiple data sets
    • Experience of triggered campaigns based on behavioural analysis and implementation of progressive profiling campaign
    • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
    • Enthusiastic, keen to learn, with a passion for self-development
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Logical and analytical with great attention to detail.
    • Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms, including the use of marketing automation, personalisation, dynamic content and triggered email
