JOB SUMMARY
• Manage office supplies and equipment, pantry and housekeeping supplies, including purchasing, storage inventory and distribution
• Responsible for PEZA transactions and reportorial requirements include processing of required permits (e.g. eIPS application, farm-in and farm-out)
• Maintain asset inventory record and perform tagging of assets and inventories
• Communicate and implement House Rules to employees
• Plan and/or coordinate accommodation, transport and other logistical needs of office guests and executives.
• Assigning and monitoring the activities of outsourced janitor and receptionist
• Monitoring of pantry concessionaire (quality of food, employee concern, timely delivery)
• Monitoring of Drinking Water (supply and timely delivery)
• Assist in Facilities related concern in the absence of the Facilities Officer (eg, badge, id generation, repair coordination, gate pass/work pemit and security)
• Perform other duties assigned
• Needs organizational and planning skills
• PEZA Transactions
• BPO/CPO experience preferred
• Experience with meeting minutes
• Expert on MicroSoft Office specially Excel
• Written English – Exceptional
• Spoken English – Prefer neutralized
• Attention to detail
