Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Animal Science, BS Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension Education, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, and/or Bachelor of Agricultural Technology;
  • With effective oral and written communication skills;
  • With good leadership qualities and a team player;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Position title will be Stockman (Farm Supervisor) to be assigned in Broiler Operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily production briefing;
  • Submit transparent and accurate daily production reports, checklists and records;
  • Report on the spot any unusual incident or problem encountered;
  • Rescue and act as counter checker during harvest;
  • Effect, monitor and ensure proper execution of bio-security and company policies;
  • Train subordinates regarding bio-security measures and basic management practices;
  • Complete set tasks assigned by superiors;
  • Perform other duties or functions that will be assigned by the superior.
