The Finance Management Trainee will perform record to report activities which include processing journal entries and intercompany transaction and handling fixed assets accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities. In this role, you will assist with process improvements, training of the team on process changes and continuous improvement and audit activity.

Key Accountabilities
    • Maintain data and reporting activities.
    • Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
    • Build and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts and customers directly to deliver accurate processes.
    • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
    • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Experience with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications
    • Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
    • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications
    • Experience working in shared service operations
    • Experience in finance operation with experience in record to report and related finance processes
    • Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
