Job Purpose:

The Financial Advisor is responsible for the Face to Face or Virtual selling and the servicing of Traditional and Variable Universal Life Insurances, such as Health, Disability, Wealth Management, etc. The Financial Advisor advise clients on Insurance or Investment policies that best suit their needs, and provide service to clients’ changing needs by utilizing their knowledge in Financial Planning. He/She is expected to also deliver the responsibilities, job activities, and processes described in the major activities.

Principal Accountability 1:

Develop lifetime customer relationships for the selling and servicing of life insurance products.

Major Activities:

- Seek out and generate client leads
- Help clients realize their needs, reach their goals and secure their future by offering the best customized financial solutions available
- Conducts free Financial Needs Analysis/Needs-based Analysis to high net worth, high potential, retail and individual clients
- Advise clients on minimizing risks, education planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and provides assistance in setting up pension plans for the family
- Help individuals, businesses and families select the most appropriate life insurance policies
- Offer Tradition Life, Variable Universal Life, health, disability, and long-term insurance
- Offer and sell insurance policies and investment products to potential clients
- Process applications of clients and maintains reports & records of their insurance policies
- Maintain regular contact and answers questions that may arise from clients
- Assist the clients in servicing these policies such as amendments and surrenders
- Assist beneficiaries when policyholders pass away
Principal Accountability 2:

Be an integral part of the Unit/Team; Build, establish and maintain good working relationships by participating in team/branch activities.

Major Activities:

- Meet monthly/annual sales targets as set by the Unit Manager or GA/District Head
- Provide accurate sales activity reports
- Assists in NCA deployment
- Demonstrate positive attitude, complete training programs, demonstrate product mastery and consistency in daily activities
- Demonstrate mastery of the sales process and proficiency in using distributor tools.
- Strategize with Unit and GA/District Managers
- Attend/Conduct unit meetings
- Informs the Unit Manager of his/her activities

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least any College Degree
- Past experience working in Sales (with preferred industries of automotive, pharmaceutical, retail sales, banking/financial services, real-estate, etc.) is an advantage
- With good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Confident, highly trainable and with good and positive attitude
- Aggressive and results-oriented
- Possesses high level of integrity
