JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily Sales Activities
Carry out continuous lead generation activities.
Set appointments, whether over the phone or face-to-face.
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
Prepare documents of customers and submit applications.
Strengthen customer relationship through after sales servicing.
Relationship Management
Build a long term relationship with the bank partner and affiliated companies.
Engage AXA’s partner and subsidiaries to be active referrers.
Inform and update daily activities, performance and status of referrals.
Professional Development
Complete the Onboarding Program encompassing technical and soft skills (Products, Sales Process, Distributor Tools).
Attend advance training offerings and designation programs.
Get accredited to run customer events, whether in-branch or offsite.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1-2 years of solid working experience and a successful track record as: Retail sales or relationship officer, Customer service representative, Low counter bank staff, Nurse, Teacher or Real estate broker.
Preferably with at least 1-2 years sales experience in a life insurance organization/company.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Ability to exhibit a strong aspiration to be an expert or leader in the future.
Display an excellent team spirit.
With desire to have a noble purpose in their career.
