We're currently in need of two (2) Fleet Assistant
Requirement:
•Graduate of four (4) years management course
•Preferably with 1-2 years’ work-related experience in logistics and supply industry
•Knowledgeable in logistics and supply systems and processes (GPS)
•Knowledgeable on applicable rules and regulations related to logistics
Job Description:
Shipments and Deliveries
•Planning, scheduling and monitoring of delivery truck itineraries.
•Tracks progress of sales orders for delivery and ensure that it is comply on the delivery lead time.
•Coordinate customer’s schedule and reports untoward incidents to the concerned sales personnel.
Prepare request for arrastre, gate pass & others related to deliveries.
•Maintain a free line communication with delivery drivers and personnel to attend and respond on queries.
Warehouse Inventory
•Checking and ensuring of stocks availability prior scheduling of trip for delivery.
•Manage safety loading of items as per truck capacity.
