Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Handle all activities relating to guest accounts, receiving, filing of checks, posting, mail, information services, cashiering, foreign exchange, room blocking and inventory, check-in and check-out, room transfers and other guest requirements.
  • Provide guests with up to date information at all times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction is achieved through guest recognition and prompt attention.

Work Experience

  • Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience on the same capacity or in a luxury hotel.
  • Pleasing personality with effective communication and guest relation skills.
  • Background in using Opera and Microsoft Office Applications
