  • Manage multiple clients and/or projects
  • Initiate and supervise various research projects
  • Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules
  • Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks
  • Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure that environmental requirements are met at the federal, state, and local government levels
  • Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes
  • Report the status of projects to business and market leaders
  • Attend client program meetings as needed
  • Provide technical support to Project Managers
  • Develop and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records
  • Perform change order estimating and assists Project Managers in change order negotiations
  • Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals
  • Guarantee that all work is performed in compliance with best practices and international standards

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree/PhD in Biology, Chemistry or any related discipline
  • 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience
  • IFBA/PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred
  • Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
