Job Description:

Overall responsible for the new implementation of ERP systems for different business verticals, build innovative IT applications and solutions for business users (for all the different business functions / verticals), manage IT operations for ERP and applications support for the entire AG&P Group.

  • Lead SAP S4 Hanna new implementations for energy business along with implementation partners. Review and project progress and accountable for project overall project delivery
  • Lead redeployment of Oracle EPR (greenfield) for the construction business and drive implementation partners for the successful and timely delivery
  • Manage & mitigate ERP (SAP and Oracle) implementation project risks
  • Work with business users and HODs to understand requirements and propose solutions and necessary documentation based on company standards
  • Evaluate business users’ business requirements, plan and communicate delivery timelines, deployment methodology, knowledge sharing sessions and other documentations
  • Drive business processes automation, solution designing, business application architecture and solution delivery
  • Participate into project budget preparation, company budget preparation, solution evaluation and strategic decisions.
  • Planning of project go live support and training to new users joining to the company.
  • Manage internal and external all types of audits and assure maximum levels of compliance
  • Drive the continuous improvement strategy and deploy the enhancements on regular basis
  • Drive the change management with high success ratio and no impact / no surprises in the running systems by the new changes
  • Explore the new technologies, solutions, systems, apps and check their best fitments in the organization with the TCO, ROI and const optimization-based business cases

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent courses, masters is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP products and hands on experience in at least two functional modules
  • Fair understanding in FICO, PM, PS MM and other core ERP modules
  • Experience in ISU and other related SAP products will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written communication, trainings and presentations)
  • Work experience of onsite-offshore delivery mode
  • Good leadership and team building qualities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies

Minimum Experience:

  • Overall at least 15+ years of experience in IT and digital transformation where minimum 10+ years of ERP (Oracle and SAP) systems deployment
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in web and mobile applications deployment
